Drug-plagued former football great Ben Cousins has reportedly sought hospital treatment after crashing his car into a truck.
According to reports on ABC radio in Perth, the onetime star – who has battled with ice addiction – received minor injuries in the terrifying accident, which happened at High Wycomb at about 1.20am in the morning. He is reported to be under police guard in hospital.
Cousins was in the news yesterday when a warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to appear in court on drug and AVO charges.
There has been no comment yet from his legal team.
