She may have only just entered the jungle as an intruder on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! but already Keira Maguire is causing a stir with the other contestants.
“How do I look?” the former Bachelorette star asked, raising eyebrows with her campmates.
“I am really scared. I feel nervous. It is so nice to meet you all. I watched the first couple of episodes and then I’ve literally been here [South Africa] the whole time.”
Fans of the show wasted no time in getting Maguire involved in the action, nominating her for a Tucker Trial with AFL legend Dane Swan on her first night at camp.
“I can’t even stop shaking, what is going on?” she said as she made the announcement she’d be joining her co-star in the Grim Gallery challenge which would see the pair push their heads into critter boxes in an effort to secure food for the celebrities.
But the 30-year-old’s questionable first impression only continued.
After being told she’d be sleeping on Nazeem Hussain’s old bed after he relocated to Tom Arnold’s digs when he was evicted on Sunday night, the blonde babe continued to rub her campmates up the wrong way, quipping: “That better not be second hand.”
Her controversial comments come after Maguire admitted she had plans to win Kris Smith’s affection and vowing to woo the model away from Ash Pollard’s advances.
“I’m coming in and I will stop it straight away,” she told TV Week prior to her time on the show.
“Ash and I will clash. She’s said a few things I don’t necessarily agree with.”
