After weeks of dating, Lee Elliot, the 35-year-old from Melbourne has opened up about his true feelings for Georgia Love, 27.
With the finale nearing this week, Lee has revealed the moment he knew he was falling in love with the former Tasmanian newsreader.
‘After taking her home to meet my family, that was when I really had a moment,’ Lee explained. ‘l already knew there was something special, but you can also wonder whether you’re getting caught up in all this.’
It took a bit of reflection for him to know his feelings were the real deal.
‘I sat back and watched her with my family and just took it in and went, “Hang on, there’s far more here. This is something special.’
This revelation comes after revealing he had doubts while in the house about whether Georgia would have feelings for him.
‘There were a couple of mornings I woke up and said, “What am I doing? What could Georgia possibly see?”’ Lee admitted. ‘’Being on this show has put me well and truly outside my comfort zone, but you know what? It’s been cathartic and so rewarding. I’m overwhelmed.’
