Bachelor villain Keira Maguire has sparked a new round of plastic surgery speculation, after unveiling her new look on social media.

The reality TV fixture – who has reportedly spent more than $35,000 on cosmetic work in the past – was flogging makeup on her Instagram account – but left many fans wondering if her new appearance is more than skin deep.
The personality has yet to address speculation she may have had more fillers and injectables – with her cheekbones seeming more prominent, and not a wrinkle in sight.
