Keira has opened up about her rhinoplasty following a complete plastic surgery transformation that reportedly set her back $22,000.

The blonde 30-year-old admitted to Botox, vampire facials, lip fillers and tattooed eyebrows and went on to reveal she has plans for a breast augmentation next.

Keira’s nose-job was inspired after seeing herself on The Bachelor. Unhappy with how she looked, Keira met with Dr Michael Zacharia, the same surgeon Big Brother’s Skye Wheatley visited. The procedure was said to cost $15,000.
