Bachelor contestants Megan Marx and Tiffany Scanlon have had tongues wagging for weeks with their suggestive antics since leaving Bachelor Mansion.
First came news that Tiff, 29, had relocated to Geraldton, WA to be with her new bestie, Megan, then came a series of photos shared on their social media accounts that suggested they were much more than just friends.
From re-enacting the Lady And the Tramp spaghetti scene topless to posing completely starkers in just sneakers and headphones, to Megan, 27, carrying her lookalike pal out of the water in what appeared to be a romantic gesture, they’ve not done anything to stop the rumours from growing.
Now, Megan has opened up about the girls’ relationship, with OK! reporting that the health promotions officer ‘doesn’t deny that the pair are an item when asked’.
The mag also adds that Megan admitted that she and Tiff are both ‘open to dating a person of the same sex’.
‘I think that when it comes to attraction, for me, it’s usually a connection of minds and humour before anything else,’ Megan tells the publication. ‘I’m traditionally attracted to men but I don’t rule anything out… I would say that Tiff’s in the same boat.’
Megan adds that the women ‘see each other every day’ since Tiff moved across the country to be with her ‘kindred spirit’.
‘Tiff is a beautiful woman and we’re very close… Sometimes you just meet people who you have a strong connection with and I guess that started in the house and it never finished,’ Megan explains. ‘I think that you can probably tell from the pictures that have been posted that we don’t have the most conventional relationship.’
