It’s a small world. But, it’s even smaller in the land of reality TV.
Just hours after Channel Ten announced astrophysicist Matt Agnew as the new Bachelor, New Idea can reveal that the 31-year-old may have pulled some strings to get the coveted gig.
Turns out, Matt may have had a secret weapon when it came to landing the role of Australia’s most eligible Bachelor – former Australian Survivor contestant Tegan Gasior.
If social media is anything to go by, the pair certainly know each other, or at least share the same circle of friends.
In fact, Matt and Tegan even attended the same wedding of pals Jess Wallis and Addy Wetzler in December last year in Perth.
Their mutual friends list also suggests the duo are also mates with Gogglebox star Isabelle Silbery and former Block star Jess Eva.
So, is it a case of who you know not what you know?
All (star) signs are pointing to yes!!!!
