Bachelor in Paradise’s Megan Marx looked completely unrecognisable after surgery spree as she attended an event on Monday night.
The former blonde showcased her new brunette locks as well as a noticeably puffy visage.
Despite her new look, the reality star denied any enhancements telling Daily Mail: ‘I probably look puffy because I’ve gained some weight.’
Last year Megan reportedly spent around $47,000 last year on cosmetic procedures including a ‘nose job, a ‘lip lift’, cheek fillers and Botox injections around the eyes’ according to the publication.
The model admitted she got a ‘liquid nose job’ as she felt that it was too big for her face.
‘I like to eat healthy and work out, but no matter how much of that you do, your nose doesn’t get any smaller,’ she said.
