Bachelor in Paradise star Sam Cochrane has revealed he is ready for fatherhood following the birth of nephew.

Taking to Instagram, the reality TV star shared a shot of himself holding the adorable baby with the caption: ‘I’m kind of ready for this.’

‘Uncle Sam would normally be ready to hand this little dude back at this age after a few moments,’ Sam wrote.

‘But I could have held him all night.’

Sam split with ex-fiancee Tara Pavlovic in June.
