The American Bachelor In Paradise intruders have caused quite the stir on Sunday night, when they made their debut on our TV screens. But, it appears Daniel Maguire and Grant Kemp are no strangers to causing controversy.
The pair first shot to fame on the twelfth season of the American version of The Bachelorette in 2016, before moving over to the Paradise spin-off’s.
Daniel, or ‘The Canadian’ as many refer to him, is a personal trainer and model. While appearing on The Bachelorette, Daniel caused a ruckus in the very first episode, when he got drunk and stripped down, before jumping into a pool.
The 32-year-old quickly became a scene stealer for his arrogant and ‘bimbo-like’ persona, as well as his range of one-liners.
‘You can’t get rid of me, I’m like a disease that just won’t go away,’ he famously said during one of his appearances on Bachelor In Paradise.
‘Like herpes or something,’ he continued. ‘I don’t know if I wanna be associated with herpes, but it’s treatable nowadays so it’s not a big deal, right?
Fellow American intruder Grant Kemp is a well-known face back home. The 29-year-old revealed on last night’s episode of the reality series that he is a firefighter, but from his Instagram feed it would appear he spends most of his time modeling.
Grant appeared on Season 3 of Bachelor In Paradise, where he found love with Lace Morris. The couple got matching tattoos during their time on the show, and they wrapped up the season with Grant proposing to Lace on the finale.
However, the engagement was short-lived, with the couple splitting just a few months later.
So far, both Daniel and Grant have caused controversy on the Aussie set.
We can’t wait to see how this all turn’s out!
