Emerging from the ocean in a strapless orange bikini, Carolyn Hartz could be mistaken for a glamorous model.
But what makes her killer body even more impressive is that Carolyn is a grandmother, who will be celebrating her 70th birthday in July!
‘I forget that I’m my age,’ Perth-based Carolyn tells New Idea. ‘I don’t feel any different than I did in my 30s and 40s.’
The former model enjoys daily walks, still skis and has recently taken up tennis again. She doesn’t diet, but gave up sugar 28 years ago after being diagnosed with pre-diabetes 2.
Carolyn admits to having some cosmetic work, but says the real secret behind her youthful glow is her positivity.
‘I’ve always believed the glass is half full,’ she says.
