“It’s not for a movie … #2,” she joked in the caption.
The actress also opened up about how she and husband Adam Shulman struggled to get pregnant.
“All kidding aside, for everyone going through infertility and conception hell, please know it was not a straight line to either of my pregnancies,” the actress wrote. “Sending you extra love.”
Anne and Adam have been married since 2012, and welcomed their firstborn, Jonathan Rosebanks, in 2016.
In a peculiar interview with James Corden on The Late Late Show, the Oscar winner revealed that she had developed an ability to lie well ahead of giving birth to Jonathan.
“Because people [would] come up and [have such] good intentions but they were like, ‘Do you know what you’re having?!’ And I was like … ‘Hmm. No.'” Anne told Corden.
“And then they were like, ‘When [are you] due?!’ and I’m like, ‘May,’” the Les Miserable actress added casually. “I just gave all the wrong information.”
According to E! News, Anne opted to take her time before having her second child.
A source said, “She wanted to wait until Jonathan was a little older before they started trying again,” said the insider. “She wants Jonathan to have a sibling.”
The Oscar winner also told Ellen in January that she had given up drinking while her son was “living in my house,” admitted that she doesn’t “totally love” how she drinks.
In a follow-up interview in June, Anne told Tatler that she made the change to be more available to her son’s needs.
“My issue is I just love [drinking]. So. Much. But the way I do it makes me unavailable for my son,” said Hathaway of her previous approach to drinking before she gave it up completely last year. “My last hangover lasted for five days.”

The actress also opened up about “mommy guilt” in an interview for Shape magazine in June.
“Before I had my son, I sensed this pressure to fill my schedule. If I wasn’t working, I felt like I was wasting time,” explained Hathaway.
“Now I know I have to build in breaks in my year, and there are times when I’m just not available to work because it’s important for me to be home with him.
