Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly once again at loggerheads over custody arrangements for their six young children.
According to US magazine In Touch, the 42-year-old actress/humanitarian had initially agreed with Pitt, 53, to stay in Los Angeles until their youngest child reaches the age of 18.
But after living in Hollywood for the past six months, a source told the publication she’s changed her mind – and is trying to revise the terms that were originally agreed with her former spouse.
The insider said, “Divorce settlement talks are on hold because Angie is trying to change the terms of what both had previously agreed to.
“Angelina had agreed that the children would all have a home base in LA until their youngest reached the age of 18. At the time she was just trying to get everything to calm down and get Brad off of her back. But now that she’s been in LA with the kids for more than six months, she’s realized how much she hates it here and is looking for a way out.”
On Father’s Day [June 18 in the US], Angie jetted out of LA with her six children – and the source insinuated this was deliberately done to spite Brad.
In Touch’s insider added, “Angelina headed off on a UNHCR [United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees] mission and took the kids with her. They flew to London first, and then were set to head off on the mission.
“Brad is not joining them. It’s cruel that she wouldn’t let the kids spend Father’s Day with their father. It just goes to show how nasty this divorce and custody battle is getting again.”
