Angelina Jolie: Brad pressured me to get married

Angelina Jolie was pressured into marriage by Brad Pitt, and never wanted to tie the knot in the first place.

According to Us Weekly, the 44-year-old actress, who has been married three times, won’t marry again.

Speaking to the publication a source has claimed Angelina didn’t want to marry him, and “she felt that Brad pressured her.”

Ang and Brad were married in France in 2014 after a decade together.

Prior to that, their love lives were far from simple. 

Angelina had two previous marriages: to Jonny Lee Miller who she wed in 1996, but divorced in 1999; and Billy Bob Thornton, who was her husband from 2000 until 2003. 

Brad was previously married to Jennifer Aniston from 2000 to 2005.

Brad and Ang, who share Maddox, 18, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 11, called it quits in 2016, and are yet to finalise their divorce. 

They finally reached a custody agreement in November 2018, and in April, they became legally single amid the ongoing divorce proceedings.

After all the drama, according to the source, the Maleficent: Mistress of Evil star is currently enjoying being on her own.

While Angelina looked for all the world like the dark and powerful movie queen as she strutted the red carpet of her new movie, new film, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, last week, the star has revealed her secret fragility, confirming her hard image is anything but true.

Despite her kids Pax, Shiloh, Vivienne, Zahara, and Knox being all smiles on the red carpet, the star confesses she doubted her parental skills in the past.

“I think I questioned, when I was first a mother, whether I was good enough,” she told reporters.  

“And I think that a lot of good mums question whether or not they’re good enough.”
