Angelina is finally busted by Brad: Custody battle explodes

Their ugly split explodes

Brad Pitt is getting his day in court on January 17 to debunk the “lies” that ex Angelina Jolie has spread about him as their custody battle rages on, In Touch reports.

Lawyers for Brad, 53, and Angelina, 41, will state their case over the actor’s request to seal court records after the Maleficent star released specific details concerning the children’s health in a previous legal filing.

According to In Touch, Brad intends to expose Angelina as a liar.

“Angelina keeps trying to humiliate Brad,” a source tells the publication.

Brad will prove that, contrary to what his ex is putting out there, he didn’t traumatise the kids.

“The Department of Children and Family Services and the FBI have already determined that nothing of any significance happened,” In Touch’s source says.

Brad insists that the custody agreement Angelina filed on December 2 wasn’t new as she claimed.

Instead, the filing “was an attempt to embarrass Brad and to try to fool the media into thinking he had signed a new, restrictive agreement that gave Angelina sole physical custody,” the source reveals.

According to In Touch, Brad’s camp says the therapists’ names were unknown before Angelina released them.

“The names of the therapists were secret. They weren’t public knowledge,” the source tells In Touch.

“Angelina made Brad look like he has a drug and alcohol problem so severe it impacts the kids,” the source says. “Yes, Brad drinks. But he’s not an alcoholic. And he has never endangered the children.”

Furthermore, contrary to what Angelina is saying, Brad didn’t surprise her with his request to seal their custody case and that she does try to control when he sees the kids, Maddox, 15, Pax. 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.

According to In Touch’s source, Brad is “outraged that Angelina and people close to her are spreading lies about him and the situation.”
