It turns out the star simply cut back on coffee!
“I used to drink ten cups a day with two sugars in each so I was on 20 sugars a day,” she told The Sun.
“Now I don’t drink it and I have more energy than ever.”
But nixing her morning brew isn’t the only secret behind the Hello chartslayer’s extreme slim down.
Her newly trim figure has been the result of a strict workout regime with the singer previously admitting she’s enlisted the help of a personal trainer in the lead up to her Australian tour.
“I’m not, like, skipping to the f***ing gym,” she told Rolling Stone.
“I don’t enjoy it. I do like doing weights.”
Although she’s all about getting “in shape,” when it comes to cutting back on treats there’s one thing the singer refuses to give up.
Carbs.
“I’m not that crazy,” she said.
