He was the runner up on American Idol in 2009. Now, Adam Lambert will be sharing his expertise as a judge on The X Factor Australia this season.
Lambert, the third and final judge to be announced, joins Australian rapper Iggy Azalea and Guy Sebastian for the show’s eighth season.
‘I am very excited to join X Factor in Australia and am looking forward to helping people shine their brightest,’ Lambert told The Daily Telegraph.
‘Australia has always been one of my favourite places to tour. The Aussies I’ve met are so kind and good humoured — so the thought of getting to live in Sydney is very exciting.’
Lambert is currently on tour with British rock band Queen but has no doubt he will be able to ‘juggle’ the two.
Speaking Metro UK, he said, ‘We all have a lot of projects going on, a lot of things in the pipeline. I’m really just focused on all the things in my life that I get to juggle.’
