Actor Vince Vaughn has been arrested and charged for driving under the influence.
The 48-year-old was taken into custody and charged with DWI and resisting, delaying or obstructing officers. He was released on US$5,000 bail and has a court date set for September 10.
Vaughn’s passenger – whose identity has not yet been released – was also arrested and charged with resisting, delaying or obstructing officers.
