The 29-year-old went on to honestly admit: "It’s not an easy road, (I’m not going to lie) but the payoff is so rewarding! Just to feel better in health and be able to run a little longer each week makes me feel so much stronger in the person I am, and how proud I am of myself for coming this far! It’s a long road and I am going to give it all I got!!"
