On a previous episode of the series, Donovan claimed she'd "love to drop 50 kilos" while speaking openly with her campmates.
The conversation began when Casey admitted she wanted to change her weight and shape after asking Natalie Bassingthwaighte to teach her how to houla.
Natalie then asked Casey "Do you wanna come and do an exercise with us?" after mentioning her desire to shed her "apron this year".
"At first when they said they were going to train I thought, 'Really can't be a****'."
However, Donovan eventually joined the group and told the cameras: "I don't know, I just thought 'don't be an idiot, Donovan. Just go'."
The singer then undertook several exercises with her teammates.
