Ollie later proved that he can even master dishes that some adults take their whole lives to perfect.
When Carrie shared a photo of an epic pork roast cooked by her then 11-year-old son, fans were stunned.
"He's a keeper. Took me years to master crackle!" one exclaimed.
"Well done Ollie what an awesome cooked dinner. Great job. Proud mumma I bet," noted another.
The mini MasterChef has also made his Nanna's sausage roll recipe - there's nothing like a classic!
But it's not just savoury stuff he's perfected, though!
We're drooling for his French toast loaded with ice cream and strawberries that Carrie shared back in March 2020.
"Better cook than me now!" joked the proud mum in her caption.
We may have to agree with you on that one!
After the MasterChef mac and cheese challenge this week, Carrie revealed "Chef Ollie"'s take on the classic dish and even judge Andy Allen was stunned.
"What a legend!!!!! Chef Ollie - Junior @masterchefau is calling!!!" he commented on the post.
We'll have to keep an eye out for this guy next season...

Carrie Bickmore is something of a whizz in the kitchen, and it appears the Project host has passed on her love of cooking to her son Ollie.

The Project host regularly shares photos of her own dinner creations but she's also started upload snaps of 13-year-old Ollie's meals. And we have to say, he's something of a MasterChef!
Back when she was pregnant in 2018, fans were stunned when Carrie, who was then pregnant with her third child, shared a photo of Ollie's homemade pancakes that he'd whipped up for his mum.
"He makes better pancakes than me. Seriously can not get the hang of it! Lol," one fan laughed.
