The heirloom piece - that once belonged to Queen Alexandra - was worn by Diana in 1986 during a state visit to Vienna, Austria.

It was first given as a wedding gift to Princess Alexandra of Denmark in 1863 by the Ladies of Bristol when she married Bertie, Prince of Wales.
The piece was handed back to Queen Elizabeth II following Princess Diana’s death in 1997.
