The Duchess of Cornwall – who is President of the Women of the World festival (WoW) – visited the social enterprise during a visit to the Royal Foundation of St Katharine.
The Limehouse precinct acts as a conference venue for charities and non-government organisations.
Camilla also visited the Mulberry School for Girls in Whitechapel to learn about its work encouraging students to tackle gender-based issues.
On the visit, WoW founder Jude Kelly reportedly praised the WoW President for her belief in "justice for girls and women."
Camilla – who is married to Prince Charles, son of the Queen – as attended many global engagements with the organisation.
Next month, the Duchess is set to take part in a New Zealand event when she joins the Prince of Wales in his third royal tour of the nation.
In July, it was announced that the royal couple would be visiting New Zealand at the request of the country's government.
"I am delighted to welcome Their Royal Highnesses back to New Zealand," Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said.
Prince Charles and Prince William appear to be taking on more royal engagements, as rumours circulate that the royal family are in meetings to prepare for the Queen's death.
One can only hope that Camilla will be up to a tour of New Zealand, as earlier this month, she abandoned Prince Charles on his trip to Japan due to her alleged fear of flying.
