Earlier this week, Izzy spoke exclusively to New Idea about the couple's relationship breakdown.
When asked what went wrong, Izzy said, "There was a lot of stuff that was going on behind the scenes with Simon that I wasn’t privy to and I felt like I was fighting so hard for this relationship and it became apparent that I was the only one fighting for it. I looked at him and I was like, “You’re not even here.” I was fighting with the people I love most for him."
"My relationship was going to fail no matter what with Simon because he is untrustworthy. That’s why it collapsed."
When asked if the couple are still speaking, Izzy confirmed: "We’re absolutely not in contact. I completely cut him out of my life. We’re not talking and it’s not a road I would ever entertain going back down."
