James confirmed to Mary-Ann the pregnancy was in fact real, and not a joke.
"It's very early days though," James said.
"We haven't actually told anyone, you're the first, in regards to my family..."
Mary-Ann then looked to the floor before saying: "That's lovely."
"So you had no idea? You had no inkling?" she asked, before they told her they were five to six weeks into their pregnancy.
Mary-Ann continued: "Well you've shocked me a bit, I'm a bit speechless."
"As long as you both are happy. Congratulations."
Speaking to the camera, Mary-Ann added: "I was not expecting that announcement at all, no."
Speaking to her daughter, she warned: "I'd be very, very careful, of the next 12 weeks."
"She'll be fine," James replied, to which Mary-Ann said: "That's your answer to everything. I hope it doesn't backfire. Exciting times."
Mary-Ann took the news well, compared to last week, when her daughter had accused her of "bad parenting".
Things became heated with mum Mary-Ann storming out of an intense therapy session after an argument escalated out of control.
Tori spoke about her younger years, claiming that Mary-Ann had never been there for her during certain traumatic events in her past.
But her mum wasn't having any of it.
"You just want to blame someone else, especially me, for your mistakes," Mary-Ann responded sternly.
Tori then said that her mother gave her a "lack of love" growing up.
