A 29-year-old America's Got Talent contestant has lost his life in a car accident just weeks before his episode was set to air.
TMZ reports that Dr. Brandon Rogers was involved in the accident in Maryland last Saturday.
Paramedics rushed to the scene and took Rogers to the hospital where he passed away on Sunday.
Brandon was a gifted singer who was discovered by the show's producers via Instagram.
Producers are yet to decide whether or not they will still air the late singer's AGT episode, although his family has told TMZ that they would love for the ep to still be aired.
Thoughts and prayers are with the victim's family at this tragic time.
