The little girl who shot to fame as the world’s favourite Wildlife Warrior, following the tragic death of her father Steve, is all grown up.
Speaking at her birthday party, Bindi said she wished her late dad could be with her as she celebrated the milestone, with the Crocodile Hunter’s image a strong presence on her big day.
"What gets to me are those moments when I’d love him to be here to share what we’re doing," Bindi recently told Stellar. "It could be when my brother is receiving an accolade for his photography, or it might be at the end of the day when we’re having dinner and laughing.
"I’ll think: 'I wish Dad was here for this.' But he’s just not there."
But family had plenty of support on her big day, with Terri holding centre stage during a press stop amid the celebrations, pointing out how precious time is, as she sees her daughter grow into a woman.
