In the post, Hill attributes fitting into Kmart clothing as being part of her inspiration to lose weight, with the internet dubbing it ‘the Kmart Diet’.
Speaking with New Idea, Sarah revealed that while she loves Kmart, there was more that went into her weight-loss journey than everybody’s favourite store.
“My main goal [wasn’t to] fit into Kmart clothes, as much as I love Kmart!”
Sarah continued: “I am just somebody who was in a dark place and worked hard to change my health and my life.”
Speaking of her inspirational journey, Hill said that realising she weighed 130kg back in 2016 was a terrifying moment.
After enrolling in boot camp, going to gym classes four times a week and starting a sensible diet, Sarah began to shed the weight and was once again able to fit into her Kmart clothes.
The Aussie mum told news.com.au: “I just wasn’t myself, mentally and physically, and I wasn’t giving my all to daughter Abby.
“It’s so nice to now have the confidence to play with Abby and hopefully teach her to have the same self-worth."
