“You’re a superstar in the dance world,” Edwina exclaimed.
“I don’t know about that,” laughed the Aussie star, who had accessorised his tux with his trademark sunnies.
“Not yet, I’m just pushing the buttons and going f***ing,” he continued, before realising what he’d let slip.
Quickly laughing off the incident, Edwina said: “He’s also got very colourful language, which I didn’t mention beforehand.”
The interview with Fisher – who had been nominated for best dance song – continued to descend into hilarity after Edwina asked him to describe his “uniquely Australian story” of getting to the Grammys.
“Yeah, we didn’t almost make it here, mate,” explained Fisher.
“We had to get a couple of Roo’s off the old runway to get here and then I forgot my passport. So we had to go back, grab that thing, get back on the old runway and here we are.”
