Audrina Patridge and her husband, Corey Bohan, have filed for divorce after only 10 months together.
'Audrina's number one concern is for her daughter and she asks for privacy at this time,' her reps told PEOPLE.
The Hills alum filed for divorce from her husband on Wednesday due to an alleged domestic violence incidident, according to TMZ. Patridge reportedly filed for a temporary restraining order against the professional BMX dirk bike rider on Monday.
'These problems have existed their entire relationship,' a source tells PEOPLE. 'They broke up and got back together, and she really thought things would be different when they got married, but she's realized things had to change before it got even worse, and she had to get her and her daughter out of the situation.'
Patridge, 32, and Bohan, 35, welcomed daughter Kirra Max in June 2016 before tying the knot in Hawaii in November.
