However, when the reality TV star was attacked by online haters for her 'fake' implants she didn't take the comments lying down.
Ali had posted a posed shot of herself wearing gym gear, to which the troll wrote: "Yeah you're beautiful etc... but... those boobs Ali... Soooo you're not really natural are you?"
Ali, who has admitted to the pain caused by online bullies in the past, responded with: "In your eyes I'm not natural. In my eyes I'm a beautiful, kind, strong, nurturing soul who would take your hand if you ever needed it. I judge myself on that, not for a set of boobs i regret getting. #lessonslearnedinlife Judge a book not by its cover."
Fitness model Ali broke down in February after being attacked by online trolls, saying that she lots sleep over comments that were posted when she uploaded selfies to her Instagram account, that had been enhanced with photo editing.
The teary Instagram post read: "I asked myself, why wasn't my original [unedited] photo good enough to share with the world?! At the time I thought, this photo of my face is not 'pretty enough' I have an image to uphold & must make it look flawless!"
"Crap! It made me feel sh*t!! I don't want to conform, I want to continue to inspire real women to love themselves for the bloody breathtaking beings that we are."
She went on to post a photograph of herself in tears.
"This is me at this VERY moment, no make up, no filters or edits and I'm scared sh*tless to upload it, but want too so I prove my point that real is better, to share with you that I'm nowhere near perfect & that we all have similar feelings."
