The footage which was analysed on the second day of court shows Agnese jostling with Wesley as she attempted to break free.
The video, which is just over two minutes long shows Wesley getting into the driver's seat and leaving the nightclub.
The pair face up to 12 year imprisonment if convicted of the crime of unlawful detention.
According to state prosecutors Wesley took advantage of Agnese because she was drunk and put her in the car before she could get out.
A criminal psychologist who looked at the CCTV footage noted that 'Agnese’s facial expressions and body language showed she did not leave the club voluntarily'.
The pair also denied claims that they boarded Wesley's boat four days later and disposed of Agnese's body.
Wesley and Craig are pleading not guilty to the charges of unlawful detention.
