Ingredients
500g bag diced butternut pumpkin
500g packet fresh potato gnocchi
500g jar Leggo’s Pasta Bake with Three Cheese Sauce
1 ½ cups grated Tasty cheese
425g can of tuna in oil, drained, flaked
Method

Grease a large ovenproof dish (12-cup capacity).

Place pumpkin in a shallow microwave-safe dish. Cover with damp absorbent kitchen paper. Microwave on High (100%) for about 7 minutes, or until tender. Remove.

Meanwhile, cook gnocchi according to packet directions until tender. Drain.

Combine pumpkin, gnocchi, sauce and half the cheese in a large bowl. Mix well. Gently stir in tuna. Transfer to prepared dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Cook in a moderate oven (180C) for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove. Stand for 5 minutes.

Serve with rocket leaves and lemon wedges (optional).
TIP! We used a microwaveable bag of diced butternut pumpkin available from the refrigerator section of Coles supermarkets.
